  Terrible shop for tooling goods, everything in that genre is cheap and nasty, I regularly am never able to get tools I require. I wish they had a bigger range than they do. To compete with online shopping they are going to have to realise this or they will be another sad case of "the shop that used to be there". I dislike one major thing about the store, it is this.......I can go into the shop and ask one of the staff if they have a particular product. Some of the answers I have had are...."I don't think so"? They didn't even check! (when I was asking if they stocked a product!) Also, only one staff member (the manager) has tried (and suceeded) to order something for me that they didn't have in store. This is down to the ignorance of the general staff populous at this store. Overall the shop need a good look forward to seeing what people want, I am stopping shopping there after today's shambles. They need an overhaul. A larger more diverse product range. Perhaps an extension of the shop like Iceland.
